Organic Matcha (Fine Powder Tea)
It is a fine powder of green tea used in the tea ceremony. Steamed sprouts that grow to block the sunlight, I grind out in the stone (Tencha) crude tea made from dried without rubbing. Because the rich aroma and taste deliciously elegant, drink hot water to melt, you will be able to ingest all useful components that are included in the tea. I have been using the tea leaves that have been organically grown.
有機抹茶
茶道で使われる緑茶の微粉末です。日光を遮って育てた新芽を蒸し、揉まずに乾燥させて作った荒茶(碾茶)を石臼で挽いて作ります。
上品な香りと濃厚なうま味がおいしく、湯に溶いて飲むため、茶に含まれている有用成分をすべて摂取することができます。
有機栽培された茶葉を用いています。

Havest of Matcha
Our organic matcha plantation is in mountain highlands in Toyota-shi,aichi prefecture.
The young tea leaves are shaded from direct sunlight.There are two ways to shade sunlight.
Process From Harvest to Matcha / 抹茶の製造工程
Early in may,the baby leaves are carefully picked.
The tea harvested tea leaves are transported to Aracha plant.
The tea leaves are steamed to stop fermentation.
The leaves are dried at a high temperature for about 20minutes in a Tencha Furnace.
The dried leaves are called Aracha Tencha(Crude leaf). Well-dried Aracha is soft and contains a vivid deep green color. High quality Aracha has distinctive aroma similar to seaweed.
this is called shiage Tencha(Finished leaf). Stalks and veins are removed and the leaves are evenly cut into small pieces.
Finished Tencha are carefully ground by Granite Stone Mill. ※Low-price Matcha is ground by a ceramic ball.

Provenance is a mountainous highlands of 400m above sea level at the foot of the mountain Kirishima Kagoshima. Thanks to the natural environment that is surrounded by mountains, organic farming are now available. Organig farming does not use pesticides and chemical fertilizers.

We obtain organic certification in 2000 of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Japan. We also cleared organic certification of the European Union and the United States also stringent pesticide standards.

冬は雪が積もり、夏は40℃を越える厳しい自然風土が昔ながらの強い味と香りを持った野生的な日本茶を作ります。
日本農林水産省の有機認証を2000年に取得しました。また、農薬基準の厳しいEUとアメリカの有機認証もクリアしております。
放射性物質について
放射性物質についての検査は、継続的に行ってきましたが産地が鹿児島なので、今まで検出されたことはありません。
