冬は雪が積もり、夏は40℃を越える厳しい自然風土が昔ながらの強い味と香りを持った野生的な日本茶を作ります。
日本農林水産省の有機認証を2000年に取得しました。また、農薬基準の厳しいＥＵとアメリカの有機認証もクリアしております。

放射性物質についての検査は、継続的に行ってきましたが産地が鹿児島なので、今まで検出されたことはありません。
